POSITION TITLE:  Electrical Engineer

POSITION DUTIES:

1)               Design and develop electrical systems, components, and equipment in compliance with industry standards and regulations and client specifications, requirements and requests.

2)               Design, develop and integrate automation equipment and systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations and client specifications, requirements and requests.

3)               Design and develop 3D models for automation equipment and systems.

4)               Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of automation systems and subsystems.

5)               Conduct research and analysis to identify potential solutions to problems.

6)               Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

7)               Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and clients.

8)               Prepare technical documentations, including but not limited to safety standards, user manuals, technical specifications, and equipment design reports, and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

9)               According to customer requests and requirements, design automation equipment with requested or required functions, including the design of achievable mechanical structure, electrical and control systems. Additionally, improve and revise the initial and subsequent automation equipment designs and plans in accordance with the client’s ongoing reviews and feedback during meetings, emails, and phone correspondences.

10)           Design and develop work environment, workflow and programs for industrial robotic arms.

11)           Design and develop integration approaches and control systems for automation tools or structures of different brands and functions work together.

12)           Establish the control system of automation equipment with programmable logic controller (PLC) and programming the PLC unit to implement specific functions and features.

13)           Provide design and engineering technical support to our company’s third-party industrial 3D printing company to ensure accurate printing of 3D models for pre-production validation in accordance with client specifications, requirements, and requests.

14)           Monitoring the performances of newly deployed automation tools and automation control systems to ensure successful implementation and operation.

15)           Coordinate and communicate with the client to ensure that design, development, and technical support processes adhere to the specified scope of work, timelines, and budgetary guidelines.

16)           Coordinate and communicate with various suppliers to ensure that each supplier provides components and technical support under specified requirements.

17)           Learn about relevant technologies, tools, and designs to ensure our company continues to develop and deliver satisfactory automation equipment and systems.

18)           Develop relationships across the industry.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution of higher education.

POSITION HOURS:

Full-time position.

POSITION WAGE/SALARY:

$89,086.00 per year.
