CAPE COD, Mass. - The Eastern College Athletic Conference is proud to announce the first annual ECAC College Basketball Holiday Festival at Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando, Florida. We are taking this opportunity to invite your men's and women's basketball teams to participate in this exciting event during the first week of the New Year, 2009. Below is a detailed explanation of what we are offering to Division III basketball teams from our ECAC member institutions.

• WHAT: An ECAC sponsored four-team, six-team or eight-team basketball festival at Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando, Florida.
• WHEN: Participating teams will compete in 2 or 3 games (team's choice) against other DIII teams from January 1-5, 2009.
• WHERE:  At The Milkhouse Arena at Disney's Wide World of Sports® Complex at WALT DISNEY WORLD® RESORT in Orlando, Florida.
• FORMAT: Participating teams may elect to play 2 or 3 games in a tournament format during the five-day festival experience. All games and practices would be at Walt Disney World® Resort with games officiated by college certified officials.

Participant Package # 1 (prices starting from $756 per participant) includes:
A. Four (4) nights consecutive stay at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort®
(double, triple or quad accommodations available)
B. 2-Day Magic Your Way Ticket with Park Hopper ® entitles guest to two (2) days of admission to the Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot® Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios and/or Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park with the option to visit multiple parks on the same day.
C. Credentialed access to Disney's Wide World of Sports® Complex for team practices and games.
D. Round Trip Air Transportation.
E. Ground Transportation (Vans)
F. Souvenir Game Program and T-Shirt
G. Event Registration

TENTATIVE FESTIVAL ITINERARY (FIVE DAYS)

• Day One - January 1^st - Team Practices/Shootarounds
• Day Two - January 2^nd - Practices/Games/Park Hopping/Touring
• Day Three - January 3^rd - Practices/Games/Park Hopping/Touring
• Day Four - January 4^th - Practices/Games/Park Hopping/Touring
• Day Five - January 5^th - Practices/Games/Park Hopping/Touring

ROUND TRIP AIR AND GROUND TRANSPORTATION: All Worldwide Travel, an ECAC corporate partner, along with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, will provide discounted air and ground transportation for all teams participating in the ECAC Holiday Festival.

Teams will be accepted on a first come, first served basis so register early to ensure your team's participation in the holiday festival.
