ECAC to Monitor Swine Flu Outbreak for Spring Championships

ECAC Continues to Monitor H1N1 Flu Outbreak

The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has been monitoring the H1N1 flu outbreak and any potential impact the illness could have on ECAC spring championships.

ECAC Commissioner Rudy Keeling and ECAC staff members will remain in close contact with all championship host institutions regarding on-site planning and conditions. As of now, no changes are expected at any ECAC championship sites.

Depending on the progression of the outbreak, adjustments could be made at any time in the best interests for the health, safety, and well-being of student-athletes, fans and administrators.
