Lesley University, an NCAA Division III institution encourages applicants to apply for the Assistant Track & Field coaching position. This position is responsible for the coaching and supervision of the Lesley Track & Field team, working specifically with sprinters and hurdlers. Recruiting, academic progress, community service, and travel are also a part of this position. Some knowledge of strength and conditioning is also needed. This person works under the direction of the Head Track Coach.
