CHAMPIONSHIPS EXPENSES (Adopted 10/3/00 Executive Council)

All ECAC team championships will use a pay-as-you-go structure for determining financial cost for participating in the championship.

Hosting: Host institutions will be responsible for all expenses incurred while hosting an ECAC championship, including the payment of officials and game personnel as outlined in the ECAC championships manual.

In the event an institution charges admission, no complimentary tickets will be issued, however tournament directors have discretionary authority to give up to 10 courtesy passes to visiting administrative personnel.

Traveling: Traveling institutions will be responsible for their per diem, transportation and lodging, and will not share the expenses incurred by the host or other traveling institutions.
